Who Are We?

We are a medium-sized, Kiwi-owned exterior cleaning company. We have been operating for 27 years and have cleaned over 80,000 homes and buildings to date. With the help of our strong client base, up to 80% of our work is either repeat or referral. We operate across all of Auckland, from Omaha to Pukekohe.

The House & Building Wash Company washes the exteriors of residential homes, commercial buildings, and body corporate apartment blocks and townhouse complexes, as well as roods, pathways, fences, decks, and exterior windows.
